    Role of Work Activities and Knowledge Sharing in Employee Sustainable Social Well-Being Along with the Moderating Role of Supply Chain Education

    The objective of this study is to examine the role of work activities and knowledge sharing in employee sustainable social well-being. The moderating role of supply chain education (SCE) was also examined. Therefore, this study examined the relationship between work activities, knowledge sharing, SCE and sustainable social well-being. Population of the study is the garment companies of Indonesia. Employees of these companies were selected as the respondents. Consequently, data collection was performed among the garment companies of Indonesia. For the purpose of data collection, questionnaire was distribution among the garment company employees. Data were analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS). Results of the study highlighted that work activities have positive effect on sustainable social well-being. Knowledge sharing also shows the positive effect on sustainable social well-being. Moreover, SCE shows positive influence to enhance the sustainable social well-being directly and by playing the moderating role between work activities and sustainable social well-being

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tiperotating trio exchange pada mata pelajaran fisika kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1Polongbangkeng Utara, meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran fisikadengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe RTE kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1Polongbangkeng Utara.. Jenis penelitian tindakan kelas dan instrumen dalam penelitianadalah lembar observasi, tes tertulis, kuisioner respon siswa dan rekaman foto. Menggunakananalisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil observasi aktivitas peserta didik pada siklus Iberada pada kategori cukup dan siklus II pada kategori baik. Respon siswa terhadappembelajaran termasuk kategori sangat baik. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapanmodel pembelajaran kooperatif tipe rotating trio exchange meningkatkan hasil belajarpeserta didik kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Polongbangkeng Utara pada mata pelajaranfisika dilihat dari persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 50,00%meningkat menjadi 78,12% pada siklus II

    This study amimed to analyze: 1) the cooperative lesson plan of STAD; 2) the implementation of STAD cooperative learning; 3) the evaluation of STAD cooperative learning. Subject of reasearch are students of class XI science 2 and XI science 3. First cycle by implementation cooperative learning STAD type with experiment in laboratory. Second cycle implementation cooperative learning STAD type using flash media.Third cycle using implementation cooperative learning STAD type with application in environment. The research were obtained: 1) lesson plan design of STAD cooperative learning created a competition; 2) lesson plan design was arranged onsyntax: making group, delivering of purpose andmotivating students, givinginformation, guiding study and groupwork, evaluating, givingquiz, and giving reward; 3) evaluation system was essay test by validity 0.78 (high), reliability of 0.86 (high), level difficulty (medium), and powes discrimination (good).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD; 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD; 3) evaluasi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari tiga siklus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX IPA 2 dan kelas IX IPA 3. Siklus I menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif STAD melalui praktikum di Laboratorium. Siklus II menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif STAD dan media flash. Siklus III menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif STAD dan aplikasi di lingkungan sekitar. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: 1) desain RPP kooperatif tipe STAD dengan menggunakan model ASSURE; 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD meliputi membentuk kelompok, menyampaikan tujuan dan memotivasi siswa, menyajikan informasi, membimbing kelompok, evaluasi, memberi kuis serta memberikan penghargaan; 3) sistem evaluasi dengan tes uraian dengan validitas sebesar 0,78 (tinggi) , nilai reliabilitas 0,86 (tinggi),tingkat kesukaran (sedang), dan daya beda (baik)

    Modelling Maintenance System of a Fishing Vessel Using Markov Process Method

    Reliability analysis on a ship system have developed as the increasing demand on the level of safety and reliability of the ship design. There are some significantly important of ship systems which support the ship operationalization. Failure on one system component can influence the functionality of the respective system and even can damage the whole ship function. If this is happen, the safety of the passengers and cargoes on the ship will be threatened. A comprehensive evaluation on the ship systems must be conducted so that the failure level of the system can be predicted. For the safety of the maintenance action on a system, model of the ship system maintenance must be designed. One common approach to be used on a maintenance modelling of a system is markov approach or markov modelling. The final result of the appoach is an availability index of a system as a consequences of the ship system maintenance. Output from this approach will become input for designing ship system maintenance strategy. This paper discusses the use of markov process approach in modelling maintenance of a ship system. In the final part of the paper, a maintenance modelling case for a ship fresh water cooling system is presented

    A hybrid evaluation approach and guidance for mHealth education applications

    © Springer International Publishing AG 2018. Mobile health education applications (MHEAs) are used to support different users. However, although these applications are increasing in number, there is no effective evaluation framework to measure their usability and thus save effort and time for their many user groups. This paper outlines a useful framework for evaluating MHEAs, together with particular evaluation metrics: an efficient hybrid of selected heuristic evaluation (HE) and usability evaluation (UE) factors to enable the determination of the usefulness and usability of MHEAs. We also propose a guidance tool to help stakeholders choose the most suitable MHEA. The outcome of this framework is envisioned as meeting the requirements of different users, in addition to enhancing the development of MHEAs using software engineering approaches by creating new and more effective evaluation techniques. Finally, we present qualitative and quantitative results for the framework when used with MHEAs

    Serapan Hara N, P, K dan Pertumbuhan Tanaman Jagung Pada Berbagai Dosis Pupuk Anorganik dan Organik di Tanah Inceptisol

    The use of inorganic fertilizers has an important role in increasing plant growth and production. But it also causes various problems such as decreasing soil organic matter, soil acidity, soil degradation, nutrient imbalance and increasing environmental pollution. Therefore, it needs to be balanced with the provision of organic fertilizers. A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of application of various doses of inorganic and organic fertilizers on N, P, K nutrient uptake and maize plant growth. The experimental design used was a randomized block design arranged in a factorial manner consisting of two factors. The first factor is the dose of inorganic fertilizer (A): 0, 150 and 300 kg ha-1 phonska and the second factor is organic fertilizer plus (P): 0, 10, 20 tons ha-1. The two factors were combined and each treatment combination was repeated three times. The data obtained were analyzed by analysis of variance at the 5% level of significance. The results showed that there was no interaction between the application of inorganic and organic fertilizers on the growth and nutrient uptake of N, P and K. However, the application of inorganic and organic fertilizers had a significant effect on all tested agronomic traits except for plant height. Nutrient uptake of N, P and K also increased significantly due to the application of inorganic and organic fertilizers. The balance of inorganic and organic fertilizer application increases the availability of nutrients as well as the uptake of N, P, and K nutrients by maize plants

    Analisa Overall Equipment Effectiveness Untuk Memperbaiki Sistem Perawatan Mesin Dop Berbasis Total Productive Maintenance (Studi Kasus: PT Xyz – Malang)

    Penelitian dilakukan di bengkel link belt PT XYZ. Pada proses pembuatan link belt, proses machining pada mesin DOP memiliki waktu kerusakan tinggi dan menghasilkan defect. Upaya pengurangan waktu kerusakan dan defect dapat dilakukan melalui manajemen perawatan menggunakan konsep TPM. Metode yang digunakan adalah Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Six Big Losses, Fault Tree Analysis, dan TPM. Tahap pertama yang dilakukan adalah mengidentifikasi Six Big Losses dan mengukur nilai OEE mesin DOP. Tahap selanjutnya membuat diagram FTA untuk mengetahui akar penyebab kerusakan serta probabilitas kegagalannya. Tahap terakhir adalah memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berbasis TPM. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai OEE mesin DOP adalah 70.37%. Penyebab rendahnya nilai OEE adalah tingginya waktu setup matris yaitu sebesar 190-200 menit dan adanya defect yang dihasilkan selama proses permesinan yang menyebabkan matris aus. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang diusulkan adalah membuat toolbox yang dilengkapi toolpallet serta memberikan jadwal perawatan mesin DOP, mengganti dan mengasah matris potong yang tumpul setiap 13 hari
